Terms of Services:
1. Global Radiance Review LLC reserves the right to reject or to cancel at any time advertising deemed unacceptable for any reason. Global Radiance Review LLC does not take responsibility for errors in the key numbers or other typesetting done by the advertiser. Advertisers and advertising agencies assume responsibility for all contents (including text and / or illustrations) of advertisements printed. Global Radiance Review cannot guarantee reproduction quality of advertiser supplied materials that are not prepared according to Global Radiance Review specifications and / or arrive after the material due date. Advertisers and advertising agencies also assume responsibility for any claim arising there from made against Global Radiance Review.
2. Global Radiance Review is not liable for failure to publish or circulate any part of any issue(s) because of acts of God, strikes, work stoppages, national emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the control of the publisher. Global Radiance Review's obligation shall not exceed a refund of amount paid to Global Radiance Review for the advertisement(s).
3. Please note the Global Radiance Review will not accept any cancellations. All payments are to be made in advance in favor of Global Radiance Review LLC.
4. It is up to the advertiser to contact Global Radiance Review if the advertiser needs to change the ad material in an ongoing contract. The advertiser needs to contact Global Radiance Review at least two weeks before issue closing.
5. A facsimile of any furnished insert must be submitted to Global Radiance Review prior to printing of the insert. Global Radiance Review is not responsible for errors or omissions in, or the production charges incurred by Global Radiance Review arising out of advertiser's and / or agency's failure to deliver furnished inserts pursuant to Global Radiance Review's specifications.
